SEVEN DONT'S AFTER A MEAL

ONE. Do not smoke after a meal! Experiments from experts prove that smoking a cigarette after a meal is comparable to smoking TEN cigarettes (Chances of Cancer are higher).

TWO. Do not eat fruits immediately after meals. It will bloat your stomach. Therefore have your fruits one or two hours before or after your meal.

THREE. Do not drink tea after a meal as tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the protein content in the food we consume to be hardened; making it difficult to digest.

FOUR. Do not loosen your belt after eating. Loosening the belt after a meal can cause intestinal problems.

FIVE. Do not bathe after eating. Bathing will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs and body thereby causing the amount of blood around the stomach to decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.

SIX. Do not walk after a meal even though you have heard people say that after a meal, walking a hundred steps will make you live till 99. Walking immediately after a meal will make it difficult for the digestive system to absorb the nutrition from the food we eat. Wait at least an hour after your meal and then walk if you want to.

SEVEN. Do not sleep immediately. The intake of food will not be able to digest properly thereby leading to gastro-intestinal problems.

LOVE TRUTH - Where is real love -kathal kavithai

REAL LOVE??????????????
Love is a game
just meant to be played.
Love is a phrase
just overly clichéd.

It’s dominated by cheaters,
players, and rule-breakers.
Where three words often said
are lies spoken by fakers.

Love is an emotion
and hormones are the cause.
Love is perfection
that brings out your flaws.

Young ones are swayed
into believing that it’s real.
Soon concious of mistakes,
next fear is what you feel.

Love is a wish
desired by so many loners.
Love is a sight
shown off by its owners.

It’s a sad pathetic world
when love is only wanted,
for the sake of having it,
and for it to be flaunted.

Love is a drug,
addictive and strong.
Love is a toy.
and you’re strung along.

The endings are painful,
yet again you will start,
to end with more lies and tears,
and another cruelly broken heart.

Love is a reason
to be treated like dirt.
Love is an excuse,
an excuse to get hurt.
